Short CV:

From 2002 until 2008, Hubert Seliger studied history, political science and constitutional/ international law at the University of Augsburg. Afterwards he was a one-year exchange student at Emory University in Atlanta (Georgia/ USA).

He received his master’s degree from the University of Augsburg with a thesis on two controversial U.S. war crimes trials (thesis title: “I know you’re innocent and that’s all I need to know.”A comparative study on the war crimes trials against Tomoyuki Yamashita (1945 – 46) und William L. Calley Jr. (1969 – 76)).

Since fall 2009, Seliger has been working on a Ph.D. thesis on the defense counsels of the Nuremberg War Crimes Trials. For further information, see the abstract.
